A LITTLE BIT

The Pratt Studios is an ambitious design-led architecture and interior design studio working across London, the South West, and wherever great projects take us.

Founded by Head of Stuff Tommy Pratt, the studio was built around one simple belief: great design has the power to improve everyday life. Not through extravagance or unnecessary complexity, but by creating spaces that feel effortless to live in, work in and enjoy.

We believe beautiful design and technical excellence should never exist without one another. That’s why every project is approached with creativity, precision and a genuine understanding of how people use space, bringing design and technology together from the very first sketch through to completion.

Whether we’re reimagining a family home, crafting a destination-worthy restaurant or designing a one-off new build, our goal is always the same: to create places with personality that people genuinely love spending time in.

    Architectural Packages from £2250

    Perfect for homeowners planning small extensions, loft conversions, or internal reconfigurations, this all-in-one package includes everything you need to get a planning application submitted, with no hidden extras.

    We’ll carry out a measured survey, create your planning drawings, revise the design once if needed, and handle the application submission for you. The local authority planning fee is included, giving you peace of mind and a clear starting point.

    Measured survey (within London or the South West)

    Scaled planning drawings

    1 x design revision

    Submission to your local council

    Planning application fee included for a Householder application

    Expert, design-led guidance throughout

    This package is based on a project footprint of up to approx. 40m² (e.g. a rear extension or loft conversion). For larger proposals or multi-storey layouts, we can provide a tailored quote.

    Perfect for homeowners looking to refresh a single room, rethink a key space, or kickstart a full interior overhaul. This package gives you a complete design concept tailored to your taste, lifestyle, and budget, ready to brief in contractors, shop from, or build on further with our help.

    We’ll visit your home, develop a design vision based on how you want to live, and deliver a fully considered interior scheme with layout, finishes, and key furnishings included.

    This price is based on a space up to around 25m². Larger rooms or open-plan areas can be quoted separately.

    Whether it’s a single home, a commercial site, or a full development, we provide sharp, fully edited aerial photography that’s ideal for websites, planning applications, or marketing.

    What’s included:

    30-minute pre-flight consultation (by phone or Google Meet)

    Fully licensed drone operator (CAA-approved, with insurance)

    Up to 60 minutes of on-site flight time

    Selection of 10–15 professionally edited images

    Supplied in high-resolution for print and web

    Location & weather check prior to shoot day
